Blairgowrie 1960
Designed in collaboration with Pleysier Perkins, Blairgowrie 1960 reimagines a mid-century coastal home for contemporary living. Honouring its original architectural spirit, the residence blends clean geometry, muted tones and natural timber to create a warm, textural retreat by the sea.
Inside, carefully composed spaces balance privacy and connection — a series of rooms linked by light, colour, and crafted detail. The palette is grounded yet expressive, where soft green walls and oak joinery offer calm and continuity throughout.
Outdoors, a refined courtyard brings the home together — a quiet centrepiece that anchors the design to its coastal landscape. The result is a residence that feels timeless and familiar, yet distinctly of today.

Warmth, and Nostalgia
Inside, the design embraces a refined mid-century sensibility — calm, tactile, and deeply resolved. Custom timber joinery, as well as Kustom Timber Flooring add to the sculptural screening define each space, allowing light to move softly through the home.
A balanced palette of oak, muted colours, and natural textures ties the interiors together, creating warmth and a modern nostalgia.
Every detail — from the alignment of joinery to the gentle layering of materials, speaks to the home’s character, and memories.
